And as communication is key, as project manager I am responsible for setting the stage for every team member to thrive

My name is Melanie Le Gonidec, I am 33 years old and based in Hamburg, Germany - if you haven't
been here you are missing out! Born and raised a little south of Hamburg I moved here in 2020 and will not leave
anytime soon.
I studied physics in Hanover and somehow found myself in love with software development, and
bringing ideas to life! In the process I worked as a full stack software engineer and am now
in a project management position orchestrating ideas, settings and people.
